HOW does it work?
It starts with a conversation about your dream and finding the righ direction. Once the customer has chosen a design idea, it is time for the next step -- bring it to a reality. People are often concerned, "Is it going to portray what I want? " That's why we create our designs using an exciting new software tool, 3D Computer Aided Design program. Olga, our goldsmith with 40 years of experience, has invested a great deal of time with CAD training and has explored the unlimited opportunities of the software's virtual shop. She is able to blend old-world craftsmanship with a revolutionary technology. Once the first CAD design is complete, Olga will sit down with the customer to communicate her ideas, to show her design and the project from all sides and angles, to discuss proportions and details, and to make any necessary changes in just minutes. The customer participates in the simple and fun process of creation and enjoys the ability to visualize his or her ideas in 3D on screen and in full color. As soon as the customer approves the design, a computer-controlled machine will create a wax model. We will cast the model, finish the piece and set stones using traditional skills that are greatly valued. We guarantee our craftsmanship and always provide the best quality to our customers. It is our staple and standard - that's why for many years Neiman Marcus and Barneys New York have authorized us as their official repair personnel.
